If you're trying to join the site, you'll get a notice that you've gotta wait for admin approval before your account works. That's cos we've been getting a lot of spammers lately, and I'm not on here often enough to notice right away (...since there are no other members here at the moment, but if you join up, then I'll be here often). On the same token, I might not notice right away that there's a pending account. If you're a genuine person wanting to sign up, and not a dedicated spammer, shoot me an email at mystgurl@gmail.com and let me know - then I'll notice, and grant you access.
